Jennifer (although everyone ends up calling her Jen) is a content and copywriter for food businesses. Easy Green Recipes is her initiative.
Jen loves food – and not just eating it. She enjoys the whole gastronomical process. That is, absolutely everything that goes into growing, harvesting, choosing, cooking, preparing and eating food.
A natural teacher and facilitator, Jen started her working life as a voice and dialect coach for theatre, film and business, but now she uses the creative techniques from that line of work to engage people around food and educate about sustainability.
For Easy Green Recipes, Jen:
- Develops quick and easy vegetable recipes that the whole family will eat
- Teaches basic cooking skills and small group workshops that use food as a way to talk about sustainability
- Writes about food and sustainability.
She lives in Sydney, Australia with a young family who patiently put up with her photographing every meal.
