What’s your food philosophy?
There are lots of labels that people use to describe how they eat. Sometimes these labels are helpful descriptions that are crucial for people to stay healthy. If people have allergies, for instance, they have to be “nut-free” just as people with coeliac disease have to eat “gluten-free”. Then, there are people who have a label that describe how they aspire to eat. Some “Quit Sugar” in the name of health, others swear by a “paleo” diet or “clean eating”. At Easy Green Recipes, we don’t usually like these kinds of labels, but since they are sometimes useful, the label that best describes us is “JERF – Just Eat Real Food”.
Do you give diet advice?
The only piece of diet advice we give is this: Learn to love vegetables. Jennifer wrote about it here.
When is your next workshop?
Great question! Workshops are usually run through councils and community groups, so you may like to check with your local groups about whether they have been in contact with us about an Easy Green Recipes workshop. If you are interested in hosting a workshop, please contact me.
